I don’t know a single person who is not talking about how adorable Jennifer Lawrence is today. After her Oscar win (and fall) last night, she singlehandedly won over not only my heart, but the hearts of so many others who fell in love with her class, sass, and her request for McDonald’s on the red carpet.

Looking flawless last night in Christian Dior Couture, Lawrence was my personal favorite on the Oscar’s red carpet. At the awards she walked away with a huge win in the Best Actress category, but didn’t do so without hitting a minor roadblock along the way. The dress was the definition of glamour, but was no match for the stairs leading up to the stage. After tripping and gracefully collecting herself, Lawrence joked saying, “You guys are just standing up ’cause you feel bad that I fell and that’s really embarrassing, but thank you.” When asked what she was thinking when she fell, she responded, “A bad word that I can’t say that starts with ‘F.’” Personally, I think it is Dior that should be saying a huge “thank you” to her for showcasing the dress’ beautiful silhouette in such a unique fashion.

Her Oscar’s press conference interview showcases her humor and down-to-earth quirkiness:

She may be in one of Hollywood’s most honored positions as a Oscar winning actress and an American bombshell, but she shows no sign of letting this get to her head. Her incredible talent for acting never overpowers her ability to be real with her audience. Her winning role in Silver Linings Playbook was outstanding as she depicted a crazy, widowed woman in search for her “silver lining” aka the gorgeous Bradley Cooper. After being asked by the director to gain weight for the role, Lawrence responded with a hearty, “Hell, yeah!”

And this ladies, is exactly why girls like me, like people like her.

Nothing but a big congratulations to the real & beautiful Miss Jennifer Lawrence!

Be sure to catch Jennifer in the upcoming Hunger Games sequel, Catching Fire, this November!
